THFPL provides loans for refinance of home loans availed by from other Banks / HFCs.

We provide loans for Home Extension / Improvement. Extension may be in the form of adding a room / floor. Improvement will include repairs internal/external such as flooring, tiling, painting, plumbing, compound wall, etc.

We ensure our consumer needs, security and have peaceful life during the tenure of re-payment of the loan. Tyger Home Finance, recommends to each of its esteemed customers to get their loan repayments and properties insured.

Tyger hand share with ICICI Prudential to provide for life insurance cover for our customers and TATA AIG to insure the property financed. Under these tie-ups customers can make their insurance premium payments hassle free and seamless.

Eligibility Criteria & Income Proof

  • Min age at the entry 21 and Max at end of tenure is 60 years. ( For SENP / SEP is 70 years )
  • Minimum net Monthly income of Rs.10,000 or more per individual
  • Latest two years’ ITR along with the financials
  • Last 6 Month Salary Slips/Certificate

Documents Required

  • 12 months Bank Statement
  • Loan Account statements if any for any other loan already being paid for
  • Agreement to Sell / Property Chain Documents photocopy
  • KYC: Aadhar Card/PAN Card/Passport/Voters Id/Driving License/Utility bill
